This book is the perfect guide for people who want to change their mindset for the better, become a more positive and successful person in the process. This book is very organized. It provides in-depth information on changing your principles so that way you can have a better outlook on life. However the book explains that before you can completely change your outlook, you need to acknowledge the feelings you’re having and understand yourself. You also need to deal with the unresolved feelings that you’re having.
You might be pessimistic because of what someone did to you in the past but in order to move on with your life you need to forgive but we all know forgiving someone is far from easy. Within the book there are steps on how to forgive unconditionally.
What I love most about this book is that it highlights the importance of working through negative self-beliefs and how to rewire your brain with positive self beliefs.
